    mapping raise user on inbound mail

      I am setting up inbound email and under mapping configuration I don't see all attributes under incident object. For example I need to map the 'from' attribute under mail object to the raise user attribute under incident object.


      Am I missing something please in order to see all attributes.


      For information, incidents are created with system user.
