    LANDesk Service Desk and SCCM 2012




      I'm new to LANDesk 7.8 Service Desk and was hoping someone would be able to let me know if its possible to pull applications from SCCM 2012 from a Service Request within LANDesk.

          Hi there,

                       when you say "pull" do you simply want to present the user with a list of applications that are available?  This is all possible with a data import or data connection to the SCCM database.  If you are looking to do actual deployment, then you will likely require LANDESK Process Manager to perform the process automation and run a Powershell script to deploy the software.


          There are some details about setting up the Desktop Manager component for SCCM integration in the Desktop Manager documentation.
