Are all of the LANDesk Services on the client running and are all the services they same from that agent on the other agents? Also see if this link helps in the troubleshooting section: Inventory
Also you can delete the inventory info on the local machine (C:\Program Files\LANDesk\LDClient and delete the Data directory) and then run the Inventory Scan again and see if will update the console.
This did not resolve the issue.
Try opening a command prompt on the local agent with the issues and run "C:\Program Files\LANDesk\LDClient\LDISCN32.EXE" /NTT=%CORESERVER%:5007 /S="%CORESERVER%" /I=HTTP://%CORESERVER%/ldlogon/ldappl3.ldz /V /NOCD /F /SYNC
Be sure to change %CORESERVER% mentioned above to your LDMS core server.
It is possible that you have miniscans overwriting the full scans which might explain why information is missing. What version of LDMS are you on?
