    Webdesk shortcut bar - Add process or object shortcut - why doesn't Request Management appear in the Module drop down list?

      Is it possible to use the "Add process or object shortcut" option ( available when you right-click on the shortcut bar in Webdesk) to add a shortcut to a Request Management process?


      When you right-click the shortcut bar and select Add process or object shortcut from the menu.
      The Create Process dialog appears.

      However, Request Management doesn't appear in the "Module" drop down list. This is all I see:


      So how can I choose a Request Management process for my shortcut? Is it possible to do this?
