    Adding incident from problem


      Hello all,


      I'm using the built-in action process "Add incident" in the problem process. It was working just fine few weeks ago. I had to use it today, and I couldn't add any incident, I was getting an error message saying "action failed .... This action is unavailable when status is closed ..."


      Last time I was using this action, the closed status was actually the only status working. Now, I get this error message with all my status.


      Anyone know where I can set it, so I can add any closed incident has a child.
