I'm not sure we HAVE that, to be honest.
What exactly is your use-case?
If an executable is renamed we might be able to track that - but why would it matter (since SOFTMON checks more than a file's name for denial, so a simple rename won't trick SOFTMON)... but doc's in use by someone? Not really ... there's no process in TASKMON we could monitor (you could only monitor the editor) and you can't look for file-locks easily, since you accessing the file might cause it ...
... it'd help if you could explain what you're after, then we can try to see what's in the realm of the possible.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just received the query from client that he wants to monitor some data files, when recently accessed or copied and suppose some alert Triggers if Target file size change or file update
Friday or on saturday it will be more clear after meeting with client.
