take a look here: About Batch File Distribution Packages
The command "start /wait setup.exe ..." can be a solution...
Or try AutoIt s.[SWD package returning error|http://community.landesk.com/support/thread/1824?tstart=0]
A good site for installation parameters is www.appdeploy.com
Regarding Batch-file distribution ...
... you COULD use an AUTOIT script/binary instead.
Alternatively, you could add a bunch of clauses for your batch to wait - you read the document on understanding batch file distribution I take it:
NOTE - The biggest problem that I usually run into with Autocad programs is that LOCAL SYSTEM permissions just WON'T cut the mustard with them - they MUST have local admin rights for install. You may want to make sure that your version/autocad program CAN be installed with Local system permissions...

One hint for DWG Trueview 2008: (installation works as local system too!)
msiexec.exe /quiet /norestart /i DWGVIEWR.msi
But before installation you need:
DotNet framework 2
for autocadLT we just wrapped the msi and mst like you are currently doing. As far as prereq stuff package them all individually. then make these dependant packages for autocadlt in landesk. Landesk will only install them if they aren't already on the workstation. This will save you a lot of time next time you need to package something that needs the .net framework, c++, ect.
