In 7.8 the multi attachment future sounds great and being able to attach a document to an outbound mail in an awesome concept.
I'm having trouble with an element of it though, is it possible to automatically send say a user guide? I ask as I only seem to be able to value type from a manual object. The attribute is greyed out in Process Designer so I can only value type from something in the ticket. That stops me adding my document and automatically sending it without the need for the analyst to add it first in a collection.
Any guidance would be great.
