    Inbound mail set category depending on wording in the body or subject

      Can anyone advise if it is possible to have the category set for incidents logged by inbound mail, but only for Incidents with specific wording in the email subject or body?

       

      Any ideas appreciated

          Gareth ,

          I have 2 options to suggest but neither are feasible if you lots of subject lines you want to separate out

           

          Use a decision box in your process to find the string value in the title field, and if this is true do an auotmatic action to update the category

           

          Use exchange rules to do the filtering and send them to another mailbox where they can be processed by inbound mail using a template to set the category.  this one could be controvesial so option 1 would be my recommendation
