    Understanding Service Desk Attributes

      On the Reminder window (default service desk DB) I'm trying to understand how the Notify check boxes map back to the, what I call the 'root' attribute.  For example, I check Notify Originator and this is 'somehow' mapped to 'Raise User'.  Other than "that's the way it works" how do I know that Notify Originator maps to Raise User?  How do I know Notify Specified Recipients maps to the current analyst assigned to the incident?  Where can this type of information be found?
