    Unable to Change Severity option on console


      HI Every one


      I am having difficulty in changing the severity status once i reopen a ticket. I can achieve this using web access for example if a ticket is closed with severity 2, if i reopen the ticket i can change the severity to 3, but cannot do the same thing in console. In console whatever the status was at the time of closing the ticket will remain selected and drop down does not give me any options to select


      Can any one please help whether its a bug or am i missing something
