    Sorting options keeps changing when i leave and come back to screen.


      In the Analyst home screen of Web access, I like to sort the summary of open incidents by date so that I can see the oldest tickets at the top and work my way down.  Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to make this the default.  Every time I leave that screen and come back to it, I need to sort again.


      I have my analyst dashboard with My Group work query, i sort this with oldest date and then open the ticket and once i come back to my dashboard i see the sorting is changed to previous and not from oldest date.

      Please advice.
