    Action not showing up in Web Access


      I created an action in Problem Management called "Update Problem" It should be available when the status of the Problem is "Open"


      After I create a problem though I do not see it. I am guessing it is because it is a new action and I need to assign rights to the action? I am new to LANDESK. Can someone shed some light into this?


      Below is my Process, currently the Problem is in "Open" status.
