    Remote Control Unable to establish a secure session (-5)


           I found this KB https://community.landesk.com/support/docs/9231 for this specific error and know the fix is change the COM+ identity login for the account listed. My question is do the agents need to be updated as well or does a server reboot suffice? We are on LDMS 9.0 SP3. Discovered the problem when the password was changed for the account and need to change the account that is being used for remote control and COM+
