Do your devices have the CSA certificate? To check, run brokerconfig from the ldclient folder. There will be a test button on there.
When you sign on to the Workspace app outside your network, you need to enter the server address in the form of:
https://<CSA FQDN>/rtc/<coreserver name>/my.bridgeit
Also, another issue is the core may not have bridgeit instance in the BrokerURL table of the database. It should be in the form of "!/my.bridgeit*" . If you don't have that entry, you'll need to insert that into the table.
I'm talking about mobile device, not workstation.
The support said me i have to wait the next release of workspace which is currently not working.
Sorry, I misunderstood your original post.
While we don't own the mobility portion of the LANDESK suite, I am able to get into Workspace from outside our corporate network on Android devices both with the Workspace app and hitting the website through a mobile browser.
Since it is a bit cumbersome for our end users to type https://<CSA Name>/rtc/<CoreServer Name>/my.bridgeit we had a DNS forwarder set up with a friendly URL and that works well.
Hope you get it working.
Strange thing, because, i can access to workspace from my web browser on my Android device but not through the Workspace mobile app.
The proper URL is https://cloudServiceApplianceNameOrIP/rtc/LDMSorLDSDserver/my.bridgeIT or whatever you've named your instance. I'm able to access my instance from both the iOS and Android Workspace apps.
