    Object reference error when changing user type.

      ServiceDesk version: 7.7.1


      I need some help changing user type from Analyst to End User.  When attempting to do so, the following error is received: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."  Any thoughts on what needs to be done?  I appreciate the help.
