We are using LANDesk to managed our KM for our analysts, this includes technical information and workarounds. We also provide an external Support site with articles and FAQs to direct users to a self service option to resolve.
I am looking for a way in LANDesk to crawl the content of the support site to ensure that if a customer logs and incident, the internal and external articles are presented as part of the KM search.
I was told it could do this. The external support site will have less than 50 articles.
