Has anyone setup configuration items to be used as part of a request for a new starter? we need to setup a process where one screen allows us to select multiple items from a "shopping list", So new starter requires new laptop or new PC, docking station, second screen, mobile phone, etc etc.
Each item selected needs to create different tasks that could be assigned to other IT Staff. Some tasks require authorization some do not.
If anyone has anything similar setup, I would appreciate some advise, screenshots if possible to get me started.
