We have 2 Texton MX7T units that we needed to send back for repair. Received them back 1 with a pre licensed wavelink account still on the unit, 1 completely whipped out.
Had to sent the units back in again. (To honeywell)
just received them back and stll have the same issue.
Both pieces of equipment were bougt in 2011.
When the units were bought back in 2011 hey were set up as pre licensed with wavelink so I have no further info on how to get them back working.
Can not seem to get anywhere with this. Any ideas ???
After repair the units are running Version 7.3.40
With pre-licensed devices we do not always have a record of those licenses. This may end up going back through Honeywell/LXE. But to better assist you with this give us a call on our support line or open a ticket online.
