I created a fresh Group Dashboard in our Test system on WebDesk and checked on the box 'Publish to All'.
Sadly, my team members cannot see this on the Dashboard Menu. Therefore not allowing for the see the Queries which I created for Major Incidents.
Can anyone advise on why after checking the tick box 'Publish to All' that my team members are not seeing this?
try recycling the application pool for the server they are connecting to
Did you create a link to it within a Shortcut Group? If so, is that shortcut group published out to them?
