    How to limit actions displayed in process by groups.

      Hi Experts,

       

      We have few actions like Assign to Analyst, Resolve etc are getting displayed on Incident even if the Incident is not assigned to that particular group.

       

      Scenario:

       

      1. If Service Desk opens a new ticket and assign it to Group A

      2. Group A have access to all actions when open Incidents from his My Group Work gadget.

      3. Also Group B Analyst when open the same Incident has access to all actions.

       

      Hence i want to limit few actions based on assigned group.

      Like the Resolve Incident action should be available to only assigned group and not all groups.

       

      Please advice.
