    Can Condition Is Within Previous 'x' Days be set to look at Working Days?

      We have a number of queries on dashboard highlighting Incidents/Requests breached within last so many days.  We found a discrepancy on manual searching interrogating breached tickets to what we have on our dashboards, we had one incident breached by 5 days but doesn't show on dashboard 'breached within last 7 days', modified to 9 days and hey presto it appeared.

      Can the condition be set to only look at the SLA/Working days?  Else the dashboards are useless, this will be me major flaw in the system as our managers use these heavily to manage tickets.


      Please advise.
