    Calculation for Customize Ticket Number




      I want to have the format of customize ticket number as like this, IM15050001:

           IM - prefix for module, Incident Management. If PR - Problem Management; RM - Request Management, and etc.

           15 - current year in format YY.

           05 - current month in format MM.

           0001 - sequence/running number which restart/reset every month.


      Usually I will use SQL trigger to achieve this but in SDaaS I couldn't access into database level, so the way to achieve it is only by using calculation.
