I would have thought you could use your existing queries to run a scheduled calculation to mark the CIs that need to have a process logged, then use the same principle as the article uses to actually create the process. Anyroadup, you might also want to take a look at use Process Manager, (PM, not the module in LDSD). That has database listener you could use to look out for CIs that meet your criteria and log a process in LDSD. Failing all of that I'd contact the SI team at LANDESK and get a quote for them to do it
Yes I was also thinking that would be possible to use Process Manager (pm) to trigger a new ticket without parent ticket.
