    Approaches to creating tasks for preventative maintenance actions

      I was wondering how organizations are using Service Desk to automatically create scheduled tasks for preventative maintenance actions.  I did find this article in the community, which seems like a great start:  https://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-29195.
