This is a known issue, and we will have a patch available to fix it soon. It is a Post-SP2 patch so it will require that LDMS 9.6 SP2 be installed before the patch can be applied. Also this patch is only available by contact LANDESK Support, so I would recommend calling and opening a case so that you can be notified once the patch is available. When opening the case please reference problem ID 327598 when opening the case.
