    Are there any plans to centralise emails to Third Parties via Add Note?

      We can tick to notify assignee, we can tick to notify the customer but we cant tick to notify the third party.

      Therefore suppliers using email as their initial contact then have to use email to update the call and so does the analyst by using the call ref and and email. Rather than the other way around. Add Note > Notify third party and this go out this way.

       

      Is this on the roadmap at all? To add to the standard out of the box system?

          You can create a design whereby when you add a note when a process is at With Third Party, an email goes out to that third party.  They could then reply, a note would be added to the process and you could get the process to take some action at that point.  You could also include within that note a link to the process so that the third party could click on the link and be taken directly to the process.  Just some thoughts on what might be possible.
