    WT41N0 suspends random when running Wavelink Telnet

    Rookie

      We experience akward problem at our customer that the WT41N0 suddenly suspends when running Wavelink

      We have tried different firmwares (1.26.48 , 02.46.02, 03.54.02)  with different wavelink versions (7.3.162, 7.3.215 , 7.3.219) and still it occurs

          Hi Alex,

          Few questions;

          • When the WT41N0 is factory default, do you also see this issue?
          • Could it be that the power save/ display save is configured on the WT41N0
          • Do you have multiple WT41N0 with this same issue?

            We haven't tested it fully factory default
            The strange thing is that we pre-configure the terminals at our office without any problem and directly at our customer place the problems occurs. (with multiple terminals)
            We thought it was network related but the scanners don't suspend on the windows desktop. Only with wavelink running

            Only settings we make are with this reg file in platform

            ;Suspend on battery 5 min

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\Timeouts]

            "BattSuspendTimeout"=dword:0000012C

            ;Prevent default motorola startup

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SVCStart\1\Configurations\Display]

            @=""

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SVCStart\1]

            @=""

            ;Prevent backup battery pop ups

            [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Power]

            "ShowBackupBattery"=dword:00000000

            "ShowWarnings"=dword:00000000
