Configure Target OS Windows Vista - Seems to break Unattend.xml

I have a Windows Vista Provisioning task setup everything seems to be going well apart from the Configure Target OS commands seem to break my Unattend.xml. When the Configure Target OS runs it seems to re-format the xml file, after the reformatting Sysprep cannot parse the unattend.xml file. Attached is a examples of the files before and after Configure Target OS has ran.

We are running LANDesk 8.7 SP5.

Anybody came across this issue before or any ideas on how to fix this?

You will need to save these locally and open with something like notepad to see the formatting changes.
