We have upgraded our DEV system to 7.8.1 and after a few niggles got down to the testing phase and fell at the first hurdle.
When We try to log a call as a Analyst in webdesk we receive the HTTP 500 error website cannot be reached.
I've checked window rules, iis reset etc.. but still cannot log a call. Works perfectly fine in client but that calls up the default window not the webdesk default window
Has anybody else come across this type of problem
a 500 is usually an internal server error. Is there anything in the event log, does running an iisreset and clearing any temp .NET files help? Really I think you need to call your local support team.
