Have you also added the Incident object to your Resolution window? You need to have that on the form but you can set it to be hidden.

We still got the same Problem. In Console the Fields are filled correct, but on webdesk the fields still be clear.
Andrew's answer tells you what to do. Add Incident onto your window, if you don't want it to show, set it to not show on the window.
Without Incident on the window, the related fields on Incident will not be populated
