    Incident Id on the Resolution Window is not getting in Web desk ...


      Hi All,



      We got a request to add the Incident Id and Description on the Resolution Window as our analysts wants to see the Incident details while resolving the call.



      We have added the Incident reference number and incident description attributes in the resolution window. It's working fine in Console, which we are getting the Incident details, but these fields are getting blank data in the web desk. This is not working in the Web desk.



      Did we miss anything here ?
