I have been tasked with getting the Knowledge Base up to scratch for our Service Desk implementation. I've created knowledge domains and have configured how articles can be searched but have the following queries:
- Logged in as a user I search for a generic article. The results are displayed but every article begins with Article. For example:
- Article Test FAQ
- Article Test Article
- Article This is a test article
- How do I remove the Article at the beginning?
- The out of box template for the articles is, for want of a better word, dull. I am certainly not an expert with CSS files and was wondering if anyone knew of any templates I could use to make the articles look more appealing. Below is how an article looks presently:
