Hello want to update you of some of the issue we are experiencing after the upgrade to 9.6 SP2.

      - Patchmanagent isn't detecting any affected computers for the upgrade of the agent client files. ( currently still issue but our SP1 agent health setting is updating the agent )

      - Workspace custom website address is set to default website. ( set custom address again )

Ok after a support call with Maxime this has been resolved the upgrade didn't run the following program C:\program files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\swdCoreCustomaction.exe affected computers are now visible on the LD-SP96-SP2 update.

9.6SP2 came with new agents settings, namely: Reboot Settings. In our case, standard settings were applied to existing agent configurations. This led to automatic reboots on clients, that installed reboot needing autofix patches.

After stopping autofix chaning the settings, everything went back to normal. So my advice would be:

            - Disable autofix for all patches

            - Install the update

            - Check and change agent settings

            - Enable autofix again

Sometime very soon also the new Workspace update will be released. This will contain quite a few updates and fixes for issues with the existing Workspace that was also bundled with SP2. Plus some nice new things
