Is anyone using Crystal Reports against the Management Information tables held within LDSD?
My manager wanted to include some graphs relating to this information in a report and I was wondering if we could tap into the information already collected.
Is there a published database schema for these tables like there is for incident?
Or is this approach something that LD would advise against?
