    Migrating Helpdesk 7.2.6 to Windows 2008


      We have moved a Helpdesk 7.2.6 instance to a Windows 2008 Server (from a Windows 2003 based system).


      The full client works OK but the Internet Edition does not appear to work correctly..Specifically, the Date Created field is not populated correctly when creating new incidents. This then prevents the incident from being resolved or closed.


      Examination of Windows, IIS logs etc does not return any errors.


      Has anyone seen this behaviour and/or can offer a resolution?
