You can try upgrading the MDS executable with the one from the link below. The 5.3.0 version had some errors which were corrected in the 5.3.1 version. You can just stop the service, rename the existing exe to old, then place this one and restart the service.

I finally soved my issue by repackage the Telnet CE app on a profile. The old one was still crashing the service even after an Avabackup.
I replaced the file as you mentionned also and service still up ! After 8 hours of maintenance, I'm happy to end the day on a good note
