    XML export from Service Desk


      Hi All,

      Could you tell me is it possible to export the object collection in XML file automatically during action completion in workflow (for example, Incident Management)?

          If you have access to Event Manager you can put push attributes out to what is essential an database queue table.  A suitable calculation could put the xml type text round those.  Then an external app could scan the table, pick up the entries for it, mark them as done and process them in it's own way.  Just a thought
