    Ticket History for specified end users / roles


      We would like to provide our Compliance Team with access to view the ticket history similar to what is available to IT Analysts on any ticket.


      Is there a permission that we can enable to allow this and if not is there a way to create and publish a query in Self Service to show the ticket history perhaps on one of the tabs at the bottom of the ticket?
