If you have not done so already, I would recommend adding an exclusion for "C:\Program Files (x86)\LANDesk\PXE". It's possible that if you have file antivirus on, and the pxe rep is trying to handle the *.wim files from within the PXE folder, it is being blocked.
If this doesn't work, Kaspersky has a private fix for this issue:
This issue is fixed in new version of KES which is not integrated in LANDesk product yet.
Until it is released client should use pf533 to fix that.
