      Using LDMS 9.6 SP2 ONLY (no service desk) AND CSA

       

      When logging in to my.bridgeit i get this error in the first screen (this is the "Home" page:

      If i go to users/devices and enter * and do a search I can see all the machines.

      Then If I click one of the machines I can only do remote control, I'm an admin, can I not do anymore things using this tool?

      Are the IT Support and Self Service the only available places? Clicking on Self Service doesn't do anything.

       

      I been looking for more documentation but I could only find this page:
