We have an issu with our Falcon 4420 and Wavelink TernelCE. Some Falcon 4420 must be flashed or reinstalled, but when we try to do that, Wavelink asked us for a license.
We contact Datalogic (manufacturer of Falcon) but they cannot do anything because Wavelink's license has been purchased separately.
My company has no account information / contact, or contract information with you (maybe lost).
Can i get support (on phone) in French ?
