    Reporting on installed applications

      This is really tedious. I'm trying to create a report that shows installed versions of Adobe Acrobat.

       

      Computer.Software.Application Suites.Application Suite.Name apparently includes the version in the name along with various permutations of updates and other Acrobat components.

       

      I've also tried using Computer.Software.Package.File Name.  Same issues.  I find I have to generate a huge query and will have to keep modifying it as new versions/updates are installed.

       

      Someone please tell me there is an easier way to isolate the main Acrobat application without building a giant query to include/exclude a bunch of items. I really don't want to have to go directly to the MS-SQL database to generate software reports. Acrobat is only one of about 40 applications that managers want reports on.
