Is there a way to have the screen change when clicking on a shortcut group button in WebDesk? Currently, I have to click the shortcut group and then click any shortcut within the group before the screen will change.
For example, if I have query results open for Incident Management, and then I click the Knowledge Base shortcut group button, the Incident query results stay on the screen until I click something within the Knowledge Base group. Is there a way to make the actual Knowledge Base button cause something else to display?
I've created a Knowledge Base Dashboard that I'd like have displayed when clicking the Knowledge Base shortcut group. I have already tried right clicking on the group and clicking "replace this shortcut group with current page" but that doesn't seem to change anything.
