    Automatic searching in Self Service


      Hi All,

      Could you tell me please how looks automatic searching in Self Service for users? Is it looks like on Web Desk with pop-up reference in the right bottom corner? Or it is a stand-alone line for searching?

      And I have one more question about searching. Is it searching only for KB articles or it's also include incidents? Thanks!
