    CC Recipients not being added to outgoing mails

      Hello, we are running 7.8.0 and I have followed the instructions to add cc recipients (see bellow)

       

      A CC Recipient can be added to the incident without a problem, however when a note is added or resolution is created that cc recipient is still not included in the email

      Any ideas what is wrong?! I have enabled logging on outbound mail and I can see that the raise user is added to the email but the cc recipient is never mentioned?
