We currently use the Survey process, giving users an opportunity to fill out 5 questions on their experience. However due to low responses, despite pushing, we are thinking of altering it.
We would like to send the user an email, with a general "How was your experience" question, and a 1-5 response, perhaps radio buttons? Or 5 pics (smileys) that link to automatically add the 1-5 response to the one question?
Is this possible? Obviously the mail may need some HTML etc, which is fine, I am more interested how I would get their response back into ServiceDesk, without them having to goto the form, choose their response, and click save and close. We want it to almost be a 1 click link from an email, to log their survey response.
