If you can find an application developted by Motorola called AppCenter (think that's free and included on 9xxx series scanners), that has the ability to lockdown the device and only present certain applications. Drop it in the windows\startup folder to run on device boot, and set the Wavelink link to auto-launch.
This seems to be the easiest way to get a locked down device. P.s make sure you have the exit-lockdown password in Appcenter before you drop it into the startup folder!
Or you can setup Wavelink Enabler to lockdown your device.
Milind.Thakre This is the approach that I'd recommend. Wavelink TelnetCE is the terminal emulation software that you are using. Wavelink Avalanche is the Mobile Device Management software. The Avalanche Enabler is the utility/agent that resides on the device that handles the communication with the Avalanche server, but can also act as a lockdown utility. You can use the Enabler as a lockdown utility for free even if you don't have the Avalanche server on the backend.
