    How to remove the default values on a query with (user specified) filter criteria

      Post creating a new query with filter criteria (user specified values) the values for the criteria are defaulting causing 0 records being returned. Anyone know how to clear these values? This seems to be happening on the reference ID (defaults to 0) and Date fields (Defaults to the date we created the query). We have examples of other queries where these fields were not defaulting but we can't seem to find anything different about the configuration.


      For reference we are on service desk 7.7.3
