You might be able to do this with some integration work with LPM and some powershell scripts.
There are example of powerscripts on the following Microsoft Website.
This not something that is possible in ServiceDesk without other technologies to assist.

As Paul says, Service Desk itself can't do it but you can use the logging of an incident to trigger LPM to do this using event manager.
