Our customer using LDSD 7.6.3, and we have problem with logged file size.
By default logged file generated in C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ServiceDesk\ServiceDesk.ConfigurationCentre\Logfiles.
Can we change the path? from directory C:\..\..\ to directory D:\ ..\
Please your advice.
The log files will be stored where the Framework has been set up to exist and I'm afraid this cannot be changed.
By default this will be in: C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ServiceDesk.
